​How Do I Place An Order?​

 

1. Shop Around:

  • Find the items you want.

  • Add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

  • You can remove an item from your cart by clicking the "cart" link located on the top right side of the screen, and than press the 'x' button near the item you wish to remove.

  • You can change the quantity of items in your cart as well.

  • To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click on 'Online Store' at the top menu row.

 

To Check Out:

  • Click on the "Cart" button located at the top right side of the screen. You don't need to be a register member or customer. We want you to have an easy shopping experience, so we don't want to bother you with more unneceasry procedure. 

  • Click on 'Check Out'.

  • It would transfer you to PayPal online payment system. You can use your PayPal account for the payment, or pay with your own credit\debit card.

  • Shipping: Totally free, if it is a ground shipment inside the United States of America. Faster shipments and\or international will have extra charge. 

  • Order Confirmation: When your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, within a few hours.

 




Warranty Information

Your new BSexy products manufactured to the highest quality standards and when used properly or in accordance with the safety and operating instructions (for the electronic products) will provide you with effective, reliable service. 

HerStyler warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. HerStyler provides warranties for its products for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase provided that all warranty guidelines are met.  If a defect exists, HerStyler shall exchange the product with a product that is new.  A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.  When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes HerStyler property. 

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for HerStyler that can be identified by the "HerStyler" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-HerStyler product even if packaged or sold with HerStyler products. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover "HerStyler" items sold by Unauthorized Dealers.  This Limited Warranty does not cover: (1) damage due to misuse or abuse (including but not limited to using the product with an incorrect voltage supply), dropping, or other operation in violation of the written safety precautions provided with the product; or (2) tampering, such as the unauthorized repair or attempted repair of the product.

 

Warranty Instructions:


First you need to activate your warranty; please go to Warranty registration page​, you will have the option to extend your warranty for an additional fee.

In order to exchange your damaged or faulty item please send to us the following:

1.    The product within its original box.
2.    A copy of the original receipt- All replacements must be accompanied by receipt!

Returns & Refunds

BSexyshop.com want you to feel staisfied with our products, and we will do anything we can to help you with that. For sanitary health concerns, we can accept a return or refund of Hair Care Line, Hair Accessories, and OROGold products, that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
